2. Processing and Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are shipped by insured express courier (DHL Express).
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
3. Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to Italy, the European Union, the United States and Canada.
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local holidays or unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free insured shipping on every order, with no minimum, to Italy, the European Union, the United States and Canada.
5. Duties and Import Taxes
- For shipments to the United States and Canada, duties and import taxes are already included in the price: we pay them for you.
- The price you see is the price you pay: nothing to pay on delivery.
- Within the European Union there are no duties: VAT is already included in the price.
6. Tracking and Delivery
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order.
- OhMyGold Italia is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us immediately at geasas11@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will assess replacement or refund case by case.
