Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the product, provided that:

The jewel has not been worn.

Both in perfect condition, without scratches or signs of wear.

Be returned in the original packaging.

Certificates, tags and original accessories are included.

Personalized items (special measurements, engravings, modifications on request) are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Return Procedure

To start a return:

Send an email to geasas11@gmail.com indicating order number, name, surname and reason for return.

You will receive instructions to ship the return.

The return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.

Refunds

The refund will be made within 5-7 working days from receipt and verification of the returned item.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items

If the item received is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours, attaching photos of the problem.
